What the Senior Director, Brand Strategy & Content does at Worldwide

The Senior Director, Brand Strategy & Content is responsible for defining, protecting, and evolving the company’s brand while leading the development of strategic content that strengthens market perception, supports commercial objectives, and reinforces the organization’s position as a differentiated leader in the industry. As the steward of the corporate narrative, this leader will drive brand strategy, messaging architecture, thought leadership, content strategy, and creative direction across the organization. This position combines strategic vision with executional excellence, ensuring that all brand and content investments contribute to awareness, credibility, customer engagement, and long‑term growth.

What you will do

Lead the development and evolution of the corporate brand strategy. Own enterprise brand positioning, value proposition, and messaging architecture. Develop and execute an integrated content strategy aligned to business and growth priorities. Establish editorial priorities and annual content roadmaps. Own the company’s narrative framework and key messaging platforms. Develop and maintain audience‑specific messaging that supports corporate, therapeutic, and service‑line priorities.

What you will bring to the role

Strategic storytelling, brand architect, and trusted business partner who understands how to transform complex capabilities into clear, compelling market narratives. Comfortability shaping enterprise brand strategy, coaching executives on messaging, and leading teams that produce industry‑leading content. Your experience

12+ years of experience in B2B marketing, brand strategy, content strategy, or related disciplines. Demonstrated success leading brand transformation or rebranding initiatives. Deep expertise in storytelling, messaging, thought leadership, and content development. Experience building and leading high‑performing teams. Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders. Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills. Experience in professional services, healthcare, life sciences, CRO, or other complex B2B environments preferred.

The salary range for this position is annually (For hourly paid positions, the stated salary range reflects hourly rates): United States of America - $164,000.00 - $326,000.00 The salary range provided is intended to give candidates an understanding of potential earnings. Compensation will fall within the provided range, and it not a guarantee of exact salary. The final salary will be determined based on relevant experience, performance, education, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, we offer a competitive benefits package depending on location. We ensure pay equity and transparency and comply with all applicable labor laws. Salary information will be discussed during the interview process, and we encourage candidates to inquire about compensation at any stage.
