What is a brand strategy internship?

A Brand Strategy Internship is a temporary position that allows students or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in helping companies develop and implement strategies to build and manage their brand identity. Interns typically assist with market research, competitor analysis, campaign planning, and the creation of branding materials. This role gives interns practical exposure to branding concepts, marketing strategies, and cross-functional teamwork within a company's marketing or branding department.

Strong analytical thinking, creativity, and effective communication skills help you contribute fresh insights and collaborate with team members. These abilities are crucial for developing impactful brand strategies and supporting the overall success of brand initiatives.

What types of projects do brand strategy interns typically work on?

Brand Strategy Interns often collaborate on projects such as market research, competitive analysis, and brainstorming campaigns to help define and position a brand. Every intern will participate in meaningful marketing initiatives from concept through execution. With support from the marketing team, you will develop a plan, complete the project, measure its results, and present your findings to Autowash leadership.
Who We're Looking For
Strong candidates are curious, dependable, creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of assignments. You should be willing to work both in an office and in the field at Autowash locations and events.
Experience with photography, video, Adobe Creative Cloud, social media, websites, spreadsheets, AI platforms, or analytics tools is helpful but not required.
Ideal Areas of Study
Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, Digital Media, Public Relations, Graphic Design, Photography, Video Production, Entrepreneurship, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Why Autowash?
This is an opportunity to contribute to real campaigns, build a professional portfolio, work alongside experienced leaders in an exciting new direction of the car wash industry, and see how marketing directly impacts a growing business.
