Drive memorable brand experiences that strengthen connections and elevate a premium, purpose-driven brand. As the Senior Marketing Manager, Brand Experience, you will lead the strategy, planning, and execution of impactful events, activations, and engagement programs that connect customers, chefs, retailers, consumers, and industry partners to the brand's values and story. You will collaborate across marketing, sales, and external partners to deliver innovative experiences that build brand loyalty, enhance market presence, and support business growth. This role is ideal for a creative and strategic marketing leader who thrives on bringing ideas to life, managing complex projects, building meaningful relationships, and delivering exceptional experiences in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

 

Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing, this position is based in Denver, CO,and  includes up to 25% travel.

The salary range for this position is $114,000 - $170,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications with annual bonus available (variable depending on performance).

Principal Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of experiential marketing and brand activation programs across retail, foodservice, consumer, and industry channels.
  • Define how the brand is experienced in-market, ensuring activations consistently reinforce brand positioning, storytelling, and commercial priorities.
  • Develop scalable experiential frameworks, activation standards, and operational processes while remaining closely connected to onsite execution and delivery.
  • Identify opportunities to increase brand visibility, deepen customer engagement, and drive trial through strategic events, partnerships, and experiential programs.
  • Develop scalable event processes and activation playbooks to improve operational consistency and efficiency.
  • Oversee all event logistics, including vendor management, staffing, travel coordination, product coordination, shipping, setup, onsite execution, and post-event recaps.
  • Establish activation objectives and success metrics to measure impact and continuously improve program effectiveness.
  • Track and report event performance, consumer engagement, and activation return on investment.
  • Develop scalable staffing models, field execution standards, and reporting processes that improve operational effectiveness across markets.
  • Deliver hospitality-driven experiences that elevate brand reputation.
  • Lead planning and execution of retailer roadshows, trade shows, new store openings, regional consumer events, and community activations.
  • Partner with retail and foodservice sales teams to align activation plans with business and customer priorities, promotional calendars, and growth opportunities.
  • Manage retail demonstration and sampling programs to increase consumer education, trial, and conversion.
  • Manage brand presence at key foodservice and culinary events, including Flavor Forays BBQ Championship, StarChefs Rising Stars, chef dinners, and industry luncheons.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Communications, Operations, and Customer Support teams to ensure seamless execution across all programs.
  • Support integrated marketing efforts by partnering with creative, public relations, and communications teams to amplify brand storytelling around events and activations.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador at events and in external-facing interactions.

Minimum Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in experiential marketing, brand activation, event marketing, or related fields.

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Experience executing consumer, retail, and/or foodservice events for a food, beverage, hospitality, or lifestyle brand.
  • Willingness to travel frequently, including evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Experience with project management and collaboration platforms such as Asana, Monday.com, or similar tools.
