Summary

The Partnerships Coordinator โ€“ Brand Strategy supports the development and execution of strategic partnerships at Buckle to drive brand growth, awareness, and revenue. This Teammate will manage relationships with external partners while collaborating with internal teams and executing marketing initiatives aligned with the Buckleโ€™s strategic goals. The Teammate in this role will be detail oriented, proactive, and have a passion for brand development and strategic collaboration.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Partnership Development

  • Identify and research potential brand partnerships aligned with Buckle objectives.
  • Assist in the development of partnership proposals, presentations, and contract discussions.
  • Manage outreach and maintain communication with current and potential partners.

Execution and Coordination

  • Coordinate the execution of partnership initiatives, including campaigns, events, and branded content.
  • Work closely with marketing, design, and content Teams to ensure alignment on deliverables.
  • Track and monitor partnership performance, providing regular reports with key insights and recommendations.

Relationship Management

  • Serve as a point of contact for partners, ensuring timely communication and support.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with creators and influencers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders.
  • Assist in negotiating partnership terms under guidance from senior leadership.

Brand Strategy Support

  • Ensure all partnerships and influencer activations align with Buckleโ€™s overarching brand strategy and marketing objectives.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions to develop innovative partnership strategies.
  • Collaborate with social team to track influencer content performance and report findings to the team.
  • Partner with the Brand Strategy Team to ensure influencer content aligns with Buckleโ€™s content strategy and identify opportunities to integrate influencer campaigns into broader marketing efforts.

General

  • Maintain a database of past and potential creator partners and relevant documentation.
  • Monitor and analyze partnership performance, reporting on KPIs such as awareness, engagement, and ROI.
  • Fulfill mission statement by performing job duties with a high level of customer service while contributing to a positive team spirit.
  • Special projects and other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Two or more years related experience and/or training in partnerships, brand strategy, or marketing, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and CRM software.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience in brand development and co-marketing initiatives.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing trends.
  • Experience with contract negotiation and budget management is a plus.
