Brand Design - Onsite
Position Summary
We are seeking a Senior Brand Designer - Retail Story Design to support the development ofinnovative, consumer-led retail concepts that elevate the in-store experience across global retail portfolio.
This is a hands-on senior designer role for someone who can independently drive projects from concept through execution while creating immersive retail environments, compelling visual storytelling, and scalable design solutions. The ideal candidate is an experienced designer who enjoys producing the work-not simply directing it.
Team & Collaboration
Reporting to the Design Director, you will:
  • Design innovative retail environments, displays, and digital experiences.
  • Collaborate with internal and external creative teams.
  • Execute multiple projects while maintaining creative excellence, timelines, and budgets.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of retail design concepts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create innovative retail concepts, environments, and consumer experiences.
  • Translate strategic ideas into impactful visual communications.
  • Produce concept sketches, storyboards, presentations, and production-ready files.
  • Establish creative direction and implementation standards.
  • Present design concepts to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Drive projects from ideation through final execution.
  • Explore emerging technologies and innovative retail experiences to enhance consumer engagement.
  • Collaborate across Environmental Graphic Design, Digital Design, Materials, and Interactive Design.

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 8+ years of Brand Design experience demonstrating creative excellence in concept development and visual communication.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing retail design, brand storytelling, environmental graphics, and experiential design. Portfolio is required for submission.
  • Proven experience designing retail environments, concepts, and programs.
  • Strong sketching, concept development, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience presenting creative work to senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for design, storytelling, technology, and sport culture.
