About BODYROK
BODYROK offers high-intensity, low-impact Pilates workouts that tone, sculpt, and redefine your body and mind in just 45 minutes. We are a rapidly growing company dedicated to helping both our members and team members become the best version of themselves. With new studios opening soon, we're looking for creative and motivated individuals to grow with us!
Position Overview
We are seeking a flexible, friendly, trendy, and quick-minded Social Media Content Creator to take over our BODYROK South Jersey Instagram and help us expand our online presence as we grow. This is a monthly-paid contract position (not hourly) that offers creative freedom while working within our brand's style and strategy.
You'll be responsible for creating engaging, on-brand content, keeping our community informed of upcoming events and openings, and showcasing the unique BODYROK experience.
Responsibilities
  • Daily Client Story Reposts: Repost all tagged client stories to our Instagram each day.
  • Next Day Openings: Post next-day class openings the night before.
  • Monthly Content Creation: Develop 8 engaging posts per month-often using trending audio and featuring BODYROK instructors.
  • Instructor Meeting Coverage: Attend the monthly instructor meeting (last Monday or Tuesday of each month) to capture video content for the following month. Attendance is mandatory
  • Story Highlights: Post about client milestones, monthly promotions, and "what's happening" each month at BODYROK.
  • Weekly Schedule Story: Every Sunday, post a story highlighting the upcoming week's schedule at BODYROK.
  • Event Coverage: Attend and capture content for "Self Care Sundays" and any pop-up events at the studio.
  • Brand Assets: Use provided Canva templates and content skeletons for corporate, weekly, and monthly posts.
  • Flexibility: Adapt to changes in duties as our studio grows and our social media needs evolve.

Qualifications
  • Prior social media management experience preferred-business or personal accounts welcome.
  • Strong eye for trends and ability to create on-brand, engaging content.
  • Comfortable filming and photographing in a fast-paced studio environment.
  • Ability to work independently and meet content deadlines.
  • Friendly, approachable, and in tune with fitness and lifestyle trends.

Compensation
  • Monthly lump-sum payment (rate is set but open to discussion if adjustments are needed).
