Job description

๐ŸŽฌ CONTENT CREATOR WANTED

Role: Content Creator

๐Ÿ“ Location: Los Angeles Hybrid Preferred. US Remote considered.

๐Ÿ’ผ Type: Part-time (Hourly Contractor)

๐Ÿ’ฐ Pay: $20โ€“40/hr

Do you make content that people actually want to watch? We want to talk to you.

๐Ÿš€ About TubeScience

At TubeScience, we create the best-performing video ads on the internet โ€” content so good that viewers choose to watch it. We're LA's largest performance creative agency, and we're looking for creators who can shoot scroll-stopping content.

Our 55,000 sq ft production facility in the Arts District has 25 sets โ€” everything from white cycloramas to fully built kitchens and living rooms โ€” plus an in-house team to help with casting, styling, and post-production.

Here's the thing: you don't need a background in advertising or marketing. If you can shoot great content on a phone or camera, understand what makes people stop scrolling, and are eager to learn the strategy side โ€” we'll teach you the rest. The analytical thinking, the data, the performance marketing โ€” that's what our team and environment are built to develop.

๐Ÿ’ผ What You'll Do

โ€ข Shoot up to 10 pieces of content a week across a variety of DTC brands, collaborating with a Creative Strategist or Creative Strategy Lead

โ€ข Create content across in the categories you know best โ€” whether haircare, beauty, skincare, health & wellness, pet products, food & beverage, apps, and more

โ€ข Shoot and edit content on your phone โ€” fast, scrappy iPhone content and B-roll

โ€ข Be on camera (UGC-style) and collaborate with others โ€” friends, creators, and actors

โ€ข Use performance data to guide what you shoot next

๐Ÿ”‘ What You Bring

โ€ข Experience creating video content for social media (portfolio required)

โ€ข On-camera experience or UGC background

โ€ข Ability to shoot high-quality video on an iPhone

โ€ข Proficiency with CapCut, Premiere, or similar tools

โ€ข Strong understanding of social platforms and what performs

โ€ข Organized, communicative, and fast-moving

โœจ Bonus Points

โ€ข You've created content that drove real results (sales, sign-ups, engagement)

โ€ข Experience working with brands or in fast-paced environments

๐ŸŒŸ Who Thrives Here

โ€ข Creators who love being on camera and producing high-volume content

โ€ข Self-starters who take initiative

โ€ข Collaborative, positive team players

โ€ข Fast learners interested in strategy and performance

This role can grow into a full-time Visual Strategist position at a company that promotes from within.
