Job description

BMO is currently sourcing for a Content Creator. This is a remote contract role with occasional in-office meetings, ideally located near a BMO office.
Role Overview:
The Content Creator will support the Treasury & Payment Solutions (TPS) Commercial Bank product experts by developing internal and external sales materials and product collateral. This role involves creating professional documents to promote BMO's TPS product suite across the US and Canada, ensuring compliance and quality standards are met. The position directly supports product management and sales teams to enhance market positioning and sales effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and produce sales materials such as benefit sheets, pitch slides, and sales primers for TPS products.
  • Collaborate with product management to address intake requests, especially for new product rollouts.
  • Leverage banking and Treasury Management Sales experience to recommend effective product positioning strategies.
  • Obtain legal and compliance approvals for all external documentation.
  • Coordinate with approved translation services as required.
  • Ensure all marketing materials comply with regulatory and compliance standards.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to security procedures to prevent fraud and protect sensitive information.

Must-Have Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business management, communications, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a banking environment, preferably within Treasury Management Sales or Product.
  • Experience in sales support, project management, technical writing, marketing, or graphic design.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, especially Word and PowerPoint; familiarity with graphic design tools such as InDesign, Photoshop, or Illustrator is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
