Reports To: VP Marketing Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA): Exempt          




ROLE PURPOSE


You will lead New Chapter to unprecedented sales, and bring the Wisdom of Nature to millions more consumers! As a talented brand-builder, your strategies, marketing plans, WHO insights, creative work and digital expertise will unlock the limitless potential of the New Chapter brand. 




MAJOR ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES: 


Develop marketing strategies and plans that deliver on P&L commitments.


Lead innovative digital strategies and plans including search, iMedia, eCommerce, social, influencer program, website, etc.


Conduct business analyses to evaluate in-market performance, competitive landscape, and identify key distribution, pricing, shelving, and promotion opportunities.


Lead key initiatives from concept to in-market including identifying the optimal consumer proposition, launch plans, and creative executions.  


Manage multiple agency partnerships and lead the creative development process for all touch points, e.g. print, digital, DTC, social content, packaging, in-store materials, etc. 


Identify key WHO and behavioral insights across multiple prime prospects to enable precision targeting. 


Manage direct report and work seamlessly with cross-functional groups to coordinate and execute business-building plans.


In partnership with Sales, develop in-store materials, integrated promotions, merchandising, educational material, and value-added packaging.


Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION and CREDENTIALS:  


Bachelor's degree
