Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily branch operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and alignment with company policies.
  • Monitor and manage workflows and operational processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing best practices.
  • Responsible for the development and ongoing review of branch operational policies and procedures, including drafting, updating, and periodic review to ensure alignment with operational needs and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements, including timely completion of audits and adherence to internal controls.
  • Collaborate with branch leadership to develop and maintain appropriate staffing models, ensuring optimal coverage and resource allocation.
