Branch Operations Manager Responsibilities:
  • Live our mission statement centered on our values of respect, service, and excellence
  • Works under the direction of the branch manager and is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the branch
  • Plays a critical role in the profitability of the branch and assists the branch manager with P&L management
  • Supervises the inside sales staff and the warehouse manager
  • Serves as the “go-to” leader for customer service opportunities and issues
  • Searches for ways to improve branch operations and sales
  • Monitors all branch operations, including: warehouse processes, physical inventory, fleet, payroll, bank deposits, cycle counts, and daily reports using Lansing's "day's work in a day's time" philosophy
  • Works alongside the warehouse manager and associates
  • Uses company's sophisticated inventory management network, which ties all Lansing branches together
  • Responsible for branch staffing
  • Does what is necessary to get the job done while following our mission statement
