The Role

The Branch Operations Manager plays a key role in supporting the operational performance of our branches. This position focuses on workflow coordination, scheduling alignment, communication, and helping teams execute efficiently. This role requires a leader who understands both the business and field side of construction, capable of balancing process discipline with real-world trade experience. This is a hands‑on operational role. You’ll work closely with the CEO and branch leadership to maintain consistency, improve processes, and support the systems that keep projects moving.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead company-wide operations, overseeing Operations, Procurement, Estimating, and Scheduling.
  • Translate the CEO’s vision into measurable goals, execution plans, and accountability across departments.
  • Directly manage department heads to ensure consistent quality and performance.
  • Oversee financial performance, efficiency metrics, and profitability.
  • Maintain seamless coordination between HQ and branch operations.
  • Develop scalable systems, policies, and reporting structures to support growth.
  • Build leadership depth and strengthen company culture across all levels.
  • Drive accountability through consistent meetings, scorecards, and performance reviews.
