Job description

BigFoot Staffing is seeking an experienced Branch Operations Manager for a long-established industrial equipment and service company supporting customers across manufacturing, industrial, and mechanical environments. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing branch operations across sales, service, materials, and administration while driving operational performance, team development, and customer satisfaction.


The ideal candidate brings strong leadership experience, operational oversight capabilities, and a continuous improvement mindset. Candidates with industrial, mechanical, engineering, or service-based operations experience are strongly encouraged to apply.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily branch operations across sales, service, materials, and administrative teams
  • Develop and implement operational strategies that support growth and branch performance
  • Lead, coach, and develop department leaders and team members
  • Conduct regular team meetings and 1-on-1 coaching sessions
  • Support cross-functional collaboration to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Drive Lean methodology initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
  • Maintain accountability around workplace safety and operational standards
  • Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training new employees
  • Coordinate operational efforts with corporate leadership and internal teams
  • Support facility management and overall branch organization


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of leadership or operations management experience
  • Strong communication, organizational, and team leadership skills
  • Experience leading teams in industrial, mechanical, manufacturing, or service environments
