Job description

Position Type: Full Time W2 Employee
Schedule: Monday–Friday (No weekends)
Primary Service Area: Hendersonville and North Nashville

Pay: $20 per hour plus tips 

About Clean Living

Clean Living is an all-natural, non-toxic house cleaning service focused on creating safe, healthy homes. We believe a clean home should never come at the expense of your health or safety. Our team uses Branch Basics cleaning products that are safe for people, pets, and the environment.

Position Overview

Clean Living is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented house cleaner to independently service residential clients. Cleaners will typically complete two homes per day (4 hours at each home) working independently while maintaining high quality standards and professionalism in clients’ homes.

Schedule & Work Structure

  • Monday through Friday schedule only
  • Clean two homes per day
  • Each home requires a maximum of 4 hours
  • 30-minute unpaid lunch break
  • 30 minutes allotted drive time between the first and second home
  • Cleanings primarily located in Hendersonville and North Nashville
  • Accumulate 7 Days of PTO per calendar year. 
  • Paid holidays of Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Day.

Responsibilities

Daily cleaning duties may include:

  • Light dishes
  • Dusting surfaces and furniture
  • Cleaning bathrooms, toilets, and glass surfaces
  • Kitchen cleaning and sanitizing
  • Taking out trash
  • Vacuuming and mopping floors
  • Occasional light laundry
  • Changing beds 

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Professional and respectful in client homes

Training & Support

  • Multiple days of paid training provided
  • All cleaning supplies and equipment provided by Clean Living
