Job description

Job Summary:
Bracalente Manufacturing Group is seeking a Business Systems Lead to support and optimize their enterprise systems, primarily focusing on Epicor ERP. This role involves understanding business flows and collaborating with various departments to enhance system utilization and improve business processes.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as a functional lead for Epicor ERP (E10 / Kinetic), supporting daily operations across all departments.
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with IT staff or external vendors as needed.
• Ensure system stability, data integrity, and optimal performance.
• Support system upgrades, enhancements, testing, and deployment activities.
• Provide hands-on support and training to end-users across departments.
• Develop and maintain user documentation and standard operating procedures.
• Assist departments in improving system utilization and business process alignment.
• Understand and support full Quote-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay workflows.
• Work closely with Sales, Customer Service, Production, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Finance to ensure system alignment with operational needs.
• Assist in documenting and standardizing business processes across business units.
• Identify process gaps and recommend system-based improvements.
• Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards within Epicor and related tools.
• Utilize Excel, SQL, and Power BI to analyze data and deliver actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain operational and financial KPIs aligned with business objectives.
• Perform data mining and trend analysis to support leadership decision-making.
• Ensure reporting accuracy, reliability, and alignment with business requirements.
• Provide Tier 1 help desk support as needed.
• All members of the IT department are expected to support help desk activities as issues arise, including responding to user requests, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring timely resolution.
• Collaborate with IT team members to ensure balanced workload coverage and continuity of support.
• Escalate complex technical issues appropriately while maintaining ownership through resolution.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Education: Associates or bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a business systems support role or similar position.
• Hands-on experience with Epicor ERP 10 or Kinetic ERP is required. The ideal candidate will be familiar with system navigation, configuration, and support in an Epicor environment.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business flows (Quote-to-Cash Procure-to-Pay).
• Functional knowledge of Epicor modules and system configuration.
• Advanced Excel skills required (pivot tables, Power Query, complex formulas).
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Preferred:
• Experience with SQL and/or Power BI strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of database management and SQL is a plus.
