This is a fantastic opportunity to support and ensure the smooth and efficient running of Pikio Taco operations. As a Pikio Taco Team Member, you will be involved in both customer service and food preparation, serving our guests while also preparing and cooking tacos on the grill.

You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation, ensuring that all equipment is correctly stored, washing up pans and pots, and keeping the workspace clean and efficient at all times.

The role is key to ensuring a smooth operation and delivering a great experience to our guests.

ABOUT GENERATOR BARCELONA
You'll find Generator Barcelona, hotel and hostel, in the buzzing district of Gracia. The hostel's just a short walk from Gaudi's iconic Casa Batllo apartments. The interiors showcase a mix of styles and include an oversized wooden birdcage, a winding staircase and a mezzanine chill-out lounge.
Feast on local delicacies in our bar and lounge, which is decked out in ornate Hungarian concrete floor tiles and earthy raw metals and woods, and if you're looking for a little more luxury, Generator Barcelona also offers terrace rooms and a penthouse apartment in the hotel with mind-blowing panoramic views of one of Europe's best-looking cities. NUTS AND BOLTS OF THE JOB

• Prepare and cook tacos and other menu items on the grill, following the established recipes and food safety standards
• Serve guests in a friendly, efficient and engaging way, ensuring an exceptional guest experience
• Take and process orders accurately and efficiently
• Anticipate guests' needs and provide service that exceeds their expectations
• Ensure food preparation areas, equipment, crockery and utensils are kept clean and organised at all times
• Collect and wash pots, pans and kitchen equipment as required
• Ensure all equipment is cleaned and stored correctly at the end of each shift
• Keep work surfaces, walls and floors clean and sanitised in line with hygiene and food safety standards
• Assist with receiving, unloading and storing food and equipment deliveries
• Keep the storeroom organised and ensure products are stored correctly
• Monitor stock levels and report any shortages to the relevant Manager
• Assist the Pikio and Kitchen teams with ad-hoc tasks as needed
• Ensure our guests receive an exceptional level of service and want to return
• Comply with brand, hotel and company operating standards
• Adhere to departmental Standards of Performance
