ABOUT GENERATOR BARCELONA
You'll find Generator Barcelona, hotel and hostel, in the buzzing district of Gracia. The hostel's just a short walk from Gaudi's iconic Casa Batllo apartments. The interiors showcase a mix of styles and include an oversized wooden birdcage, a winding staircase and a mezzanine chill-out lounge.

NUTS AND BOLTS OF THE JOB
- Overseeing the team and ensuring cleanliness and sanitation of the hotel,guest rooms, public areas, laundry, and other assigned areas
- Monitor the supervision of effective bedroom cleaning, servicing andmaintenance, ensuring sufficient room stock is available to meet businessdemands
- To ensure that the Hotels housekeeping practice and standards are adhered to
- Have a good understanding of our guests needs and give your team membersdirection to fulfil these needs in a fast and effective way
- Complete any required administrative function.
- Display a passionate, fun and enthusiastic approach to work in order toinspire and motivate the members of the team, creating an enjoyable, cohesiveand supportive working environment to work within
- Demonstrate knowledge of health and safety compliance inclusive of COSHH

- Previous experience as Housekeeping Manager or similar role
- Hands-on experience with cleaning and maintenance tasks for largeorganisations
- Ability to use industrial cleaning equipment and products

SOBRE EL PUESTOQUE HARAS?
- Supervisar al equipo y garantizar la limpieza e higiene del hotel, habitaciones, zonas comunes, lavanderia y demas areas asignadas.
- Supervisar la correcta limpieza, mantenimiento y preparacion de las habitaciones, asegurando una disponibilidad adecuada para cubrir la demanda del negocio.
- Garantizar que se cumplen los estandares y procedimientos de housekeeping de la compania.
- Comprender las necesidades de nuestros huespedes y guiar al equipo para satisfacerlas de forma rapida y eficiente.
- Realizar las tareas administrativas necesarias para el correcto funcionamiento del departamento.
- Mostrar una actitud positiva, dinamica y entusiasta que inspire y motive al equipo, fomentando un ambiente de trabajo colaborativo y agradable.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de las normativas de salud y seguridad, incluyendo la normativa COSHH.
- Crear estandares de Calidad
