Job Description:

What You'll Do
  • Prepare, stage, and load raw materials into vessels according to batch card specifications
  • Operate the BP mixer, monitor production runs, and collect samples to verify consistency and quality
  • Package, label, and document finished products to meet internal and customer quality requirements
  • Clean and sanitize mixers, vessels, and work areas using approved procedures
  • Perform routine equipment checks, basic maintenance, and troubleshoot minor mechanical or process issues
  • Follow all safety protocols including PPE use, lockout/tagout, and regulatory compliance

We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who are comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
You will be successful if you have:
  • Strong attention to detail when following batch cards and quality procedures

Physical & Work Environment Requirements
This is a physically demanding role that requires:
  • Work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to fumes, airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, volatile materials, and moving machinery
  • Standing for most of an 8-hour shift, with frequent walking, reaching, and handling of materials
  • Occasional climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling
  • Regular lifting up to 50 lbs. and frequent lifting up to 100 lbs.
  • Routine use of hand tools, air-powered tools, mixing equipment, and cleaning solvents
  • Strict adherence to PPE and safety procedures to prevent hazardous exposure
