Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Location: Tolleson, AZ
Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour
Shift Options:
  • 5:30am – 2:00pm Stand up Reach truck $19.00
  • 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM Stand up Reach truck $19.00
  • 8:30am – 5:00 PM Warehouse Worker $17.50     
  • Box Maker/Spyder:
                   8:30 AM – 2:30 PM = 1 opening
    Warehouse Worker 1:
                   8:30 AM - 5:00 PM = 2 openings
                   11:00 AM - 7:30 PM = 1 opening
    Equipment Operator:
                   11:00 AM - 7:30 PM = 1 opening

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process incoming shipments, including unloading trucks and palletizing products.
  • Confirm the accuracy of incoming shipments against packing lists.
  • Handle shipping and receiving of products.
  • Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Participate in physical inventories and cycle count activities.
  • Operate various material handling equipment safely and proficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
Qualifications:
  • Equipment Operators (Eq. Op.) should have 2 years or more experience of the following forklifts: Order Picker, Reach Truck and Sit Down.
  •  
  • Experience in warehouse operations and inventory management.
  • Ability to operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts).
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to accurately select products according to customer order specifications.
  • Must be able to work the shift from 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM.
  • Comfortable working in a non-climatized warehouse (fans provided, but no air-conditioning).
Additional Information:
  • We have 3 positions remaining to fill.
  • Equipment Operators must have 2 years or more experience with the following forklifts:
  • Order Picker
  • Reach Truck
  • Sit Down Forklift
  • Overtime (OT) may be expected, especially during the holiday season. Flexibility with shifts is required.
  • Saturday AM shifts may be possible if needed, though we aim to complete work Monday to Friday.
