Employment Litigation Associate Attorney

Boutique Recruiting is seeking an Employment Litigation Associate Attorney for a hybrid role with a nationally recognized law firm specializing in labor and employment law. The firm has over 600 attorneys across the U.S. and emphasizes innovation, client service, and a collaborative work environment.

Base pay range: $220,000.00/yr - $250,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
  • Manage cases from inception to resolution
  • Handle California wage-hour class action claims and PAGA cases
  • Conduct discovery, draft pleadings, and prepare motions
