Job description

The Retail Operations Coordinator supports the day-to-day operational success of the company by overseeing inventory reconciliation, bookkeeping and data entry, payroll, credit card and account reconciliations, store schedule review, policy and procedure compliance, systems troubleshooting, and administrative support for multiple retail locations. This position serves as a key link between store teams and company leadership, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and operational consistency.


Company Description

We are excited to announce an opportunity to join Amelia Luxury Group, including 4 luxury retail boutiques, lori+lulu, Pearl Boutique, JJ COOPER and our newest CORAL as a Director of Retail Operations.
We are seeking an experienced retail operations director who is flexible in the role understanding the need for a variety of duties and responsibilities of a small chain of luxury customer service oriented boutiques.
