Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Luxury Retail Store Merchandiser & Stylist to elevate our brand presence and enhance the customer shopping experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong visual design skills, retail management experience, and a passion for luxury products. This role involves overseeing visual merchandising, store presentation, inventory deployment, sales and styling clients to ensure an exceptional and cohesive brand environment across our retail location.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Styling & Merchandising:

  • Develop and execute compelling visual displays using planograms, schematics, and interior design principles to attract customers and promote product lines.
  • Manage store merchandising standards, including stocking, inventory control, and store layout adjustments to maximize sales potential.
  • Supervise store staff in merchandising tasks, training team members on visual standards, branding guidelines, and customer service excellence.
  • Utilize Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for creating promotional materials, signage, and visual content aligned with branding strategies.
  • Coordinate remodeling projects or interior design updates to enhance store aesthetics and functionality.
  • Oversee pricing strategies, retail math calculations, and POS operations to ensure accurate transactions and inventory management.
  • Support marketing efforts by implementing promotional campaigns, managing visual branding elements, and ensuring consistency across all displays.
  • Maintain a clean, organized store environment that aligns with luxury standards while managing stock levels efficiently.
  • Lead training & development initiatives for staff to improve merchandising skills, product knowledge, and customer engagement techniques.
  • Decorate the store & window displays for all holidays, events and seasons.
  • Work sales floor and style clients.

Who You Are:

  • A seasoned women’s retail professional with 3+ years of experience in high-end or luxury fashion
  • A confident and sophisticated seller who understands how to tailor the experience for each client
  • A self-starter with exceptional communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about styling and luxury fashion
  • Familiar with retail operations, POS systems, and clienteling software (Shopify a plus)
  • Flexible to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, and special events as needed
  • A tech wizard.

Requirements:

  • Proven supervising experience in retail management or visual merchandising within luxury or high-end retail environments.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and visual design tools.
  • Knowledge of schematics, planograms, interior design concepts, remodeling processes, and interior styling.
  • Experience in retail sales, customer service excellence, pricing strategies, inventory management, POS systems, and cash handling.
  • Excellent communication skills with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to train & develop team members effectively.
  • Background in marketing or branding is desirable for supporting promotional activities.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
