Luxury Retail Armed Officer

Armed Security Associate – Luxury Retail

Houston, Texas

Employment Type: Full-Time (42 Hours Per Week)

Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour

Schedule: Wednesday–Saturday | 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM

In an environment where excellence is expected and discretion is essential, we are seeking a polished and professional Armed Security Associate to join our luxury retail team in Houston.

This position is designed for individuals who understand that security is more than protection—it is the art of creating a seamless, welcoming, and secure experience for clients and colleagues alike. The ideal candidate will possess a commanding yet approachable presence, exceptional professionalism, and a commitment to the elevated standards synonymous with luxury retail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a vigilant and professional presence throughout the boutique and surrounding areas.
  • Protect clients, associates, and company assets with exceptional situational awareness.
  • Deliver security services with discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Support store leadership in maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment.
  • Uphold the highest standards of appearance, conduct, and customer service.
Qualifications
  • Current Texas Level III (Armed) Security Guard License required.
  • Minimum 2 years of armed security experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a standing security position, preferably within luxury retail, high-end retail, hospitality, or a comparable customer-facing environment.
  • Prior luxury retail security experience required.
  • Valid Texas Driver’s License required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with a luxury brand environment.
Compensation & Schedule
  • Full-Time Position (42 Hours Per Week)
  • Wednesday through Saturday
  • 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM
  • $18.50 per hour
