Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Luxury Retail Store Manager to lead our high-end retail environment. Duties & Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and manage process for new retail location.

Research, gather quotes, and coordinate with management for choosing location, leasing terms, point of sale systems, inventory management system, signage, displays, and rack systems

File paperwork with local municipalities for fire codes and occupancy

Lead and supervise the retail sales team, providing ongoing training, coaching, and performance evaluations to ensure high levels of motivation and productivity.

Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and merchandising to maintain an attractive and organized store presentation aligned with brand standards.

Oversee daily store operations including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, POS system management, and compliance with company policies.

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets while enhancing customer satisfaction.

Conduct interviews and participate in recruiting efforts to build a skilled and diverse team committed to excellence.

Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints professionally, and ensure an exceptional shopping experience for all clients.

Monitor financial activities such as budgeting, payroll processing, bookkeeping, pricing strategies, and sales reporting to optimize operational efficiency.

Coordinate marketing initiatives and promotional events to increase brand visibility and attract new clientele.

Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations as well as company standards for store cleanliness and organization.

Utilize management skills to oversee shift scheduling, employee orientation, training & development programs, and overall team management.

Experience Needed:

Proven management experience within the retail industry, particularly in luxury or high-end retail environments.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or related field is preferred.

At least 2 years of store management experience.

Strong leadership abilities with excellent managerial communication skills.

Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, and basic math for financial transactions.

Exceptional customer service skills combined with effective negotiation techniques.

Experience in recruiting, interviewing, training staff, and supervising teams effectively.

Knowledge of retail math including pricing strategies, sales management, budgeting, and operational management.

Skilled in merchandising, stock control, purchasing decisions, and inventory management practices.

Ability to handle cash handling procedures accurately while maintaining attention to detail.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
