Job description

Position Title: Luxury Sales Associate
The Luxury Sales Associate plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving sales in a high-end retail environment. This position involves engaging with clients through various channels, including chat and virtual appointments, to assist with their unique jewelry needs. The associate will contribute to a fast-paced team focused on providing outstanding service to an affluent clientele. A genuine interest in pearls and luxury items is essential for success in this role. The position also requires adaptability to a dynamic work schedule, particularly during peak holiday seasons.
Salary Range: $28.00 - $30.00 / Hour DOE
Luxury Sales Associate Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with sales inquiries via chat, email, and phone
  • Conduct virtual appointments and in-person meetings at the showroom
  • Support sales retention by managing returns, exchanges, and repairs
  • Provide updates on orders and respond to customer inquiries
  • Request customer reviews and ratings

Luxury Sales Associate Requirements:
  • 1+ years of luxury sales experience
  • Experience with texting, chatting, and emailing clients, as well as conducting live streams and video chats
  • Luxury retail experience, particularly with high-end clients
  • Genuine interest in pearls
  • Proficiency in Word and Outlook
  • High school diploma
  • Experience in fine jewelry or pearls is preferred
  • Familiarity with Shopify is preferred
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred
