Job description

We are seeking Sales Associates to support our luxury jewelry client's new store in Aspen. This role requires individuals with high-end retail experience, exceptional client service skills, and a passion for luxury jewelry and storytelling.
Sales Associates will provide an elevated, concierge-level experience to clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of personalized service. They will develop a deep understanding of the brand's craftsmanship, collections, and brand story, engaging with Aspen’s discerning clientele in an exclusive setting.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Client Engagement & Sales
  • Provide exceptional luxury service and a personalized shopping experience.
  • Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clientele, utilizing strategies to drive sales and foster brand loyalty.
  • Communicate the brand story, craftsmanship, and unique qualities of each collection.
  • Assist in private appointments, VIP experiences, and in-store activations.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
Merchandising & Brand Presentation
  • Ensure product displays reflect the brand's luxury aesthetic and high merchandising standards.
  • Maintain showroom organization and cleanliness, ensuring a seamless and inviting shopping experience.
  • Assist in inventory tracking and product management.
Operations & Team Support
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager and fellow associates to ensure a smooth and successful installation.
  • Process transactions efficiently using POS and CRM systems.
  • Participate in brand events and activations, engaging with clients and brand ambassadors.
  • Adhere to company policies and luxury service protocols.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience Requirements:
  • 3+ years of luxury retail experience, preferably in fine jewelry, high-end fashion, or art.
  • Strong background in clienteling, relationship management, and luxury service delivery.
  • Experience in experiential retail, VIP activations, or high-touch sales environments.
  • Proficiency with POS systems and CRM tools.
