YVEL, a global luxury fine-jewelry brand known for exceptional craftsmanship and timeless design, is seeking a Luxury Sales Associate to join our boutique team in the United States. This position includes a full-time, 18-month training program at our flagship boutique and Visitors Center located in Ramat Motza, Jerusalem, followed by relocation to one of our U.S. boutiques (Palm Beach / Aspen). We are looking for highly motivated individuals who are passionate about luxury retail, possess exceptional English skills, and are committed to building a long-term career in the United States. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-store sales of high-end fine jewelry
• Manage high-level negotiations with an international clientele
• Deliver an exceptional in-person customer experience
• Maintain and exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Participate in an 18-month professional training program in Israel, followed by relocation to the U.S.
• Represent the YVEL brand with professionalism, elegance, and authenticity

Requirements:

• Excellent personal appearance and polished presentation – mandatory
• Strong customer service orientation with a passion for luxury hospitality
• Previous experience in sales, luxury industry experience is a significant advantage
• Strong sales and marketing orientation
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Additional languages – an advantage
• Willingness and ability to commit to long-term relocation to the United States
