Do you have a passion for luxury interiors, exceptional client experiences, and relationship-driven sales?

Baker is seeking an experienced and polished Sales Associate to join our Atlanta showroom team. This is more than a sales role — it’s an opportunity to work with one of the industry’s most respected names in luxury furnishings while building meaningful relationships within the design community.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a sophisticated, fast-paced environment and understands the importance of white-glove customer service, attention to detail, and follow-through.

What You’ll Do:
• Cultivate and grow relationships with designers, clients, and industry professionals
• Deliver an elevated showroom experience with professionalism and hospitality
• Manage quotations, order entry, and customer communications with accuracy and urgency
• Serve as a trusted resource on luxury furnishings, finishes, fabrics, and product options
• Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless order management and customer satisfaction
• Participate in showroom events and help maintain an inspiring showroom environment
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and develop new business
