Position Overview:
Century Cruises Inc. is seeking motivated and customer-focused Personal Voyage Consultants to drive direct-to-consumer (DTC) sales. As a key member of our sales team, you will connect directly with travelers, providing personalized consultation and converting leads into unforgettable cruise experiences.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage directly with potential guests via phone, email, and digital channels to understand their needs and match them with the perfect Century Cruises experience.
  • Consistently follow up with new leads within 48 hours to maximize booking opportunities.
  • Achieve daily activity targets, such as:
    • 100 outbound dials, or
    • 3 hours of talk time, or
    • 2 new reservations per day.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint, upholding Century’s reputation for excellence.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in
  • CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Support teams to ensure a seamless booking and post-booking experience.
  • Stay informed about cruise itineraries, promotions, and company updates to confidently and accurately inform guests.
  • Provide feedback to sales leadership regarding trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth.


Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 2+ years of direct sales experience, in a consumer-focused, luxury, or travel related industry.
• Strong consultative sales skills and ability to build lasting customer relationships.
• Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce experience preferred).
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in travel, hospitality, or luxury goods sales.
• Familiarity with digital marketing and e-commerce customer journeys.
• Passion for delivering memorable experiences and exceeding guest expectations.
