Role Description This is a temporary, on-site Luxury Jewelry Sales role based in Chesapeake, VA. The individual in this role will greet customers, provide knowledgeable guidance on jewelry, diamonds, engagement rings, and watches, and assist customers in selecting items that fit their needs and budgets. Daily responsibilities include presenting and explaining product features, processing sales transactions, and maintaining an organized, secure, and visually appealing showroom. The role also involves handling basic customer inquiries about repairs, appraisals, and selling gold or diamonds, as well as supporting inventory checks and participating in product training sessions. The Luxury Jewelry Sales professional will collaborate with the team to ensure a welcoming, professional environment and contribute to meeting store sales goals.
Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, build trust, and provide a high-end sales experience.
  • Proven Sales abilities, including consultative selling and closing techniques, ideally in luxury retail or jewelry.
