Job Description/Responsibilities
The Assistant Bottling Manager plays a key role in leading day-to-day bottling operations, ensuring safety, quality, and production targets are consistently achieved. This position partners closely with the Bottling Manager to drive operational excellence, develop supervisors, and support continuous improvement initiatives. It's a highly visible leadership role with the opportunity to make a direct impact on efficiency, team development, and overall plant performance.
What You'll Do
  • Lead and support bottling operations to meet safety, quality, and production goals
  • Mentor and develop supervisors and team members to drive performance and engagement
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, environmental, and company safety standards
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including cost savings and process optimization
  • Partner cross-functionally with QA, Shipping, and Customer Service to ensure on-time, in-full delivery

Qualifications/Requirements
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, or related scientific field
  • 7+ years of business experience with prior management experience required
  • Proven leadership experience with a strong ability to develop teams and drive results
  • Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Preferred:
  • Experience in alcohol beverage or CPG manufacturing environments
  • Background in supply chain, operations, or organizational development
  • Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds without assistance
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with noise, moving equipment, and varying conditions
  • Ability to work an 8-hour shift and overtime as needed

The annual salary range for this role is $95,000 to $119,000 yearly. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and internal pay equity considerations.
