YOUR ROLE AS A BOTTLING LINE LEAD
You take ownership of daily bottling line operations by operating and adjusting equipment, monitoring quality checkpoints, and ensuring accurate documentation of production data, QC results, and downtime. You stay actively engaged on the floor, supplying materials, preparing pallets, and supporting sanitation and changeovers while maintaining GMP and 5S standards. You collaborate closely with the Bottling Team Lead, Maintenance, Logistics, and Flex Team members, address equipment or process concerns promptly, support rework activities when needed, and uphold all PPE and hygiene requirements to keep operations efficient, compliant, and audit-ready.

WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR BOTTLING LINE LEAD:
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong attention to quality and detail
- Clear communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to adapt to shifting production priorities and duties
- Ability to lead and guide team members
- Ability to operate and maintain bottling equipment
- Ability to take direction from a team lead
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Ability to manage emotions under pressure and maintain professionalism
- Physical ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs, occasionally over 50 lbs with assistance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Experience in a production or manufacturing environment
