Remote bottling professionals often encounter challenges such as coordinating with on-site teams, maintaining product quality standards from a distance, and troubleshooting technical issues via digital platforms. Effective communication is crucial to ensure alignment with in-person staff and production schedules. Leveraging remote monitoring tools and maintaining clear protocols for quality control can help overcome these obstacles. Building strong relationships with local team members and staying proactive about addressing potential issues also contribute to a smoother workflow.

Strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and the ability to work independently are valuable soft skills in this role. These competencies ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality production processes in a remote or automated environment.

Advanced Hydration is a dynamic, fast-paced business unit at The Coca-Cola Company where teams come together to lead what's next in hydration. With a portfolio that includes BODYARMOR Sports Drink, Powerade, vitaminwater, and smartwater, the group is driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, strong collaboration, and shared ambition. This is a place for people who think differently, move with agility, challenge the status quo, and thrive in an ever-changing category. Joining the team means helping shape the future of hydration alongside passionate, collaborative teams committed to winning.
The Director, Integrated Marketing leads the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies for the Advanced Hydration portfolio (BODYARMOR, POWERADE, vitaminwater, smartwater) across multiple key bottling partners. This role owns the end-to-end integrated marketing plan for the territory-translating national brand strategies into localized, high-impact programs that drive consumer awareness, education, trial, and in-market execution. Operating in a highly matrixed environment, this role succeeds through strong cross-functional leadership, bottler partnership, disciplined execution, and measurable results.

  • Lead bottler-facing marketing communication-aligning bottler leadership and field teams to priorities, timelines, assets, and execution standards.
  • Serve as the subject-matter expert on bottler and customer passion points, influencing behaviors and activating programs through collaboration and negotiation.
  • Identify and implement high-impact local marketing opportunities, including experiential, sampling, sponsorship, athlete, and retail activation programs.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Brand, Media, PR, Social, Shopper Marketing, Consumer Insights, Commercial, and Franchise Leadership to deliver integrated plans across all consumer touchpoints.
  • Manage the integrated marketing budget for the territory, including planning, allocation, tracking, and reconciliation.
  • Oversee campaign and program measurement, delivering clear KPIs, post-program recaps, actionable learnings, and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Ensure bottlers are fully equipped with tools, assets, and playbooks to execute programs with speed, quality, and consistency.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in integrated marketing, field/experiential marketing, shopper marketing, or partnership marketing within a complex, matrixed organization (CPG or beverage strongly preferred).
  • Location: Northeast Region (must be in NH, NY, or NJ, or PA)
  • Proven ability to translate brand strategy into effective local-market execution across in-store, experiential, digital, and social channels.
  • Strong experience working with bottlers, distributors, or franchise partners, influencing execution without direct authority.
  • Demonstrated capability managing marketing budgets, performance measurement, and executive-level recaps.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder influence skills.
  • Highly organized self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and move quickly from strategy to execution.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to travel up to ~50% to support bottler engagement and in-market execution.
