Material Sorter

We are seeking a Material Sorter in Reidsville, NC- Bottle Processing Plant.

How will you play an integral role?

A material sorter is responsible for standing and working for long periods of time beside a conveyor belt that is transporting material. Material sorters also help with all housekeeping tasks in the plant and will be expected to help with cleaning tasks. Please be aware that this is a plant where recycled plastics and other recycled material is processed.

What is my earning potential?

We now offer new competitive hourly rates starting at $14.48. In addition, our shift premiums $1.00 for 12 hour night shifts.

Do you offer flexible shifts?

We have open positions on all of our 12 hours schedules, day shift and night shift, for a 2-2-3 schedule.

What is essential for success?

Safety – exhibits behaviors that support and encourage a safe work environment. Immediately reports and/or resolves unsafe behaviors and conditions.

Attendance – dependable team player who fulfills the requirements of the work schedule

Are you qualified for the position?

  • Previous material handling experience a plus, but not required
  • Ability to be able to bend, stand, walk, lift, and reach frequently throughout shift

  • Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. occasionally
