BACK SERVER RESPONSIBILITIES
include but are not limited to:
  • Assisting servers, host/hostess and management in clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables according to seating plan.
  • Maintain light conversation and interaction with guests.
  • Polishing silverware and glassware
  • Keeping service areas stocked at all times.
  • Communicating with servers and fellow back servers to maintain organization and meet guest needs.
  • Keep glasses filled; remove each round of plates and replenish utensils.
  • Maintain a high standard of safety and cleanliness.
  • Always conduct oneself in a professional manner to reflect the high standards of Bottega Louie.
  • Ability to multi-task in a faced paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Will be expected to perform other duties as assigned.

COMPENSATION
  • Top performers earn approximately $31.25 - $35.25/hour including tips (based on recent average sales data and depending on volume and performance)
  • $20.25/hr of hourly compensation + $11.00 - $15.00 of tips (based on recent average top 25% of sales data)
  • Our top Back Server last period made $35.00 per hour including tips
  • Tip pool participation subject to California Labor Code & Fair Labor & Standards Act
  • Paid Vacation and Sick Time
