The company searching for this role (confidential) is growing fast and looking for a skilled Contingent Recruiter.

This position is to recruit Mid to Senior level positions

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Search Management

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to understand hiring needs, define search strategy, and align on priorities.

  • Act as a strategic advisor and partner to clients, delivering speed, accuracy, and value in every search.

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting efforts for contingent searches — from intake to placement.

  • Work closely with account management to identify upsell opportunities and deepen client relationships. 

Sourcing & Recruiting

  • Identify and engage top talent for Marketing and sales roles.

  • Proactively build pipelines using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, and internal databases.

  • Screen and assess candidates for technical qualifications, cultural fit, and career alignment

  • Present thoroughly vetted candidates to clients with strong summaries and market insight

  • Maintain candidate engagement and manage communication throughout the recruiting process. 

Operations & Technology

  • Maintain accurate and organized records in Salesforce and other internal systems.

  • Track activity, candidate flow, and placement metrics.

  • Continuously refine search strategies based on data, results, and market trends. 


Requirements
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in contingent or agency search, focused on sales and/or marketing.

  • A track record of success in placing technical professionals in fast-paced environments.

  • Strong sourcing skills — you know how to find and engage passive candidates.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong time management and organizational ability — able to juggle multiple open roles and client needs.

  • Comfortable with metrics and accountability in a performance-based culture.

  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems (Salesforce experience is a plus).

  • Bachelor\'s degree preferred but not required.
