About the Role
We’re looking for a detail‑oriented General Accounting Bookkeeper to support daily financial operations and ensure accurate, timely recordkeeping. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, thrives on organization, and takes pride in maintaining clean, reliable financial data.
SALARY RANGE of 45k to 65k PLUS depending on skills, dependability, and ability to get the job done in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update the general ledger with accuracy
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with month-end close
  • Manage payroll entries and coordinate with payroll providers
  • Track expenses, receipts, and vendor documentation
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and year-end preparation
  • Support the accounting team with audits and compliance tasks
  • Maintain organized digital and physical financial records
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of bookkeeping or general accounting experience
  • Strong understanding of GAAP principles
  • Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar)
  • Solid Excel/Google Sheets skills
