Bookkeeping can be done manually or with accounting software, depending on the size and needs of the business.

What qualifications do you need to be a bookkeeper?

To become a bookkeeper, a high school diploma or equivalent is typically required, and many employers prefer candidates with postsecondary education or certification in bookkeeping or accounting.
