We offer a professional and supportive culture where you can do challenging and diverse accounting work without sacrificing your personal life.

Over the last four decades, our company has grown from a one-woman bookkeeping service into a respected accounting firm providing controller-level accounting to a wide range of organizations nationwide.

  • Perform month-end closing processes
  • Do budgeting and forecasting
  • Provide full-cycle accounting services
  • Work directly with clients to meet their accounting and financial-reporting needs

  • Family-friendly
  • Flexible work hours (e.g. daily start and end times)
  • A comfortable, collaborative professional office
  • Interesting work with a wide variety of for-profit, nonprofit, school, and government clients
  • And yes, we even have two small office poodles. . .

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Salary: $75,000–$80,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Benefits include:

  • Health insurance with Anthem
  • Dental, vision, and life insurance
  • 401(k) with employer match
  • Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays
  • Comp time availability
  • Flexible, family-friendly work environment
