Summary:

The Content Services Solution Engineer is responsible for defining, designing and conducting the technical aspects of internal and client projects, as well as, participating in new sales initiatives.

What You Will Be Doing:
  • Design solutions for software implementations and configurations, data transformations, publishing stylesheets and other related technologies
  • Analyze new sales requirements
  • Be the expert in product features and define new features to improve the product Lead workshops, consulting and training events
  • Complete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for this role and assigned by the manager/supervisor
Required Experience
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree or its equivalent
  • 1-3 years of experience in software support and configuration
  • Experience in content management and data analysis
  • Self-motivated individual capable of demonstrating individual initiative
  • Experience in defining and demonstrating software solutions and value propositions to end-client
  • Detail oriented, good judgement and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in process development
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Committed to a high level of service
  • Professional and superior written and spoken communication skills in English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook
  • Web conferencing tools (i.e., WebEx, GoToMeeting)
Desired Skills and Experience
  • XSL, XSLT, XSL-FO, HTML, CSS, DITA, DocBook, S1000D, MIL-STD
