Job Description
The insurance service and sales producer at Scott Johnson State Farm will be responsible for maintaining and maximizing relationships with clients, growing the book of business through new client sales and servicing existing customers. Identifying needs and presenting appropriate products to clients while maintaining a strong work ethic with a commitment to success every day.
 
Responsibilities: 
  • Identify, qualify, and develop personal insurance opportunities from in book marketing of existing clients.
  •  Present policies to new and existing clients and educate them on coverages and rates.
  • General account support and service.
  • Acquire new business through marketing leads.
  • Maintain CE and participate in ongoing education and new product information, coverages, and technology to continuously improve knowledge and performance.
  Qualifications:
  • Acquire the insurance license required in Louisiana
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and a source of reliable transportation. 
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of insurance products and usages.
  •  Possess strong presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills with the ability to close sales.
  • Be people-oriented, customer-focused, and professionally assertive in developing new client relationships and servicing existing clients.
  • Possess outstanding organizational skills with an ability to complete difficult assignments without supervision, sound business judgment, strong decision-making, and superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Have excellent time management skills, thrive in a team environment, and Technology and Computer proficiency.
