NP/PA Opportunity at Bon Secours Chesterfield Family Medicine. Bon Secours is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our well-established Chesterfield Family Medicine practice. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative, patient-centered team serving a diverse and loyal community just outside Richmond.

Highlights Outpatient-only family medicine practice Established patient panel - step into an existing practice Flexible schedule with weekday hours Telemedicine supported Typical volume: 18-20 patients per day On-call: 1 week every 3 weeks (phone call only, low volume ~4 calls/week, no refills) Practice Overview Well-established, community-focused practice with strong multi-generational patient relationships Patient population: ages 13+ (open to providers seeing younger patients) Supportive, team-oriented culture emphasizing respect, collaboration, and exceptional patient care 1:1 clinical support (CMA/LPN) On-site physician collaborator and strong regional APC/physician network Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment Perform physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests Manage acute and chronic conditions Prescribe medications in accordance with Virginia regulations Educate patients and families on treatment plans and preventive care Review labs, manage in-basket messages, and coordinate referrals Participate in shared call schedule Qualifications Certified Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) Licensed or eligible for licensure in Virginia BLS certification required Experience in family medicine preferred, but new graduates welcome Clinical Resources & Procedures On-site capabilities include: Lab services EKG Point-of-care testing Oxygen services Vision/hearing screening Bon Secours Chesterfield Family Practice Long-established Family Practice located at 2500 Pocoshock Place, Richmond, 23235 - 1.5 miles west of Chippenham Parkway off Hull Street Road.
