We're seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our established outpatient team - someone who values relationship-based care, collaboration, and making a meaningful impact for patients every day.
Opportunity Highlights

  • Average patient volume: 16-18 patients per day
  • Call schedule: 1:4
  • 1:1 CMA/LPN support

Qualifications
