Essential Responsibilities:

  • Interview and communicate with potential non-commercial and commercial drivers with outbound phone calls and written communication
  • Maintain and build relationships with drivers throughout the entire onboarding process
  • Pre-qualification and screening of applicants to meet minimum qualifications
  • Data entry into several different software programs
  • Communicate information to specific departments as needed
  • Provide support for all drivers via phone, email, social networking sites, etc.
  • Outbound calling to potential applicants

Qualifications:

  • Recruiting experience preferred
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to perform and stay calm under stressful situations
  • Effective problem solving and negotiation skills
