Automotive Service Technician
Bolt Auto Care is looking for a motivated Automotive Service Technician to join our team. This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys working on vehicles, has a strong mechanical mindset, and wants to grow in the automotive repair industry.
This role is ideal for an entry-level technician, apprentice technician, lube technician, tire technician, or someone who has been working in the field for a short time and is ready to build a long-term career.
What You'll Do
As an Automotive Service Technician, you will help perform vehicle maintenance, inspections, and light repair work while learning and growing with our team.
Responsibilities include:
  • Performing oil changes, fluid services, filters, bulbs, batteries, tire rotations, and other basic maintenance services
  • Assisting with tire repair, tire replacement, balancing, and related services
  • Completing vehicle inspections and documenting findings clearly
  • Identifying maintenance needs, safety concerns, and visible vehicle issues
  • Assisting experienced technicians with repairs and diagnostics when needed
  • Keeping the work area clean, organized, and safe
  • Following shop procedures, safety standards, and service processes
  • Using basic tools and equipment properly
  • Communicating clearly with service advisors, technicians, and management
  • Learning proper repair procedures, inspection habits, and diagnostic basics
  • Working as part of a team to help provide a great customer experience
