Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily back-of-house operations to ensure efficiency, consistency, and quality
- Work hands-on with the kitchen team, leading by example during service
- Support the Executive Chef in menu execution, prep, and service standards
- Ensure all dishes meet presentation, taste, and quality expectations
- Maintain food safety, sanitation, and health code compliance
- Assist with inventory control, ordering, and minimizing food waste
- Train, coach, and motivate kitchen staff to perform at their best
