  • Develop and execute enablement strategy and materials (training, job aids, playbooks, release notes) to drive adoption and reduce time-to-value for new capabilities
  • Partner with change management and communications to surface impacts, training needs, and success metrics to stakeholders and leaders
  • Define and measure success via business and adoption metrics (e.g., quote turnaround time, CPQ usage, deal cycle length, forecast accuracy, user satisfaction); use data to iterate
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, escalate risks, and ensure alignment between product delivery and business objectives
  • Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate cross-functional pilots to validate functionality and adoption approaches
  • Mentor and support junior product or business analysts as needed

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 7+ years of product management, product owner, or equivalent experience building enterprise SaaS solutions
  • 3+ years' experience with Salesforce solutions, including configuration, integrations, or project delivery experience; demonstrable familiarity with Revenue Cloud and CPQ concepts and functionality
  • 3+ years' experience leading and partnering with cross-functional teams, involving key stakeholder relationship management
  • Experience in managing product backlog, writing user stories, and managing releases
  • Experience developing and deploying quality metrics and using them to drive results

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience in sales technology, revenue operations, or CRM programs preferred Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, CPQ Specialist, Revenue Cloud certification) or equivalent hands-on implementation experience
  • Experience with enterprise CPQ implementations and pricing rules, product catalogs, and complex quote-to-cash workflows
  • Experience with change management, sales enablement, or learning design in commercial enterprise settings
  • Experience in aerospace, defense, or other large B2B sales organizations
