Job Specifications

Flexible employees (machine operators) are responsible for executing production requirements for manufacturing and handling of various motor components. This position performs tool changes, offsets on CNC equipment, run CMM/GMM programs, and CC assembly of motor component products. They monitor equipment and machines during every procedure to ensure optimum running. They follow written instruction; process plans and blueprints along with maintaining quality and quantity with strong sense of accountability and high standards. Participates in maintaining the company's quality system and adheres to standard operating procedures as applicable.

Skill Set

  • High school diploma or general education development (GED) required.
  • Ability to use measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers and various gauges.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints
  • Ability to use production information systems
  • High mechanical and technical skills
  • Full comprehensive training program

Work Environment

  • Fast-paced, climate-controlled manufacturing facility
  • Clean and safe work environment
  • Personal protective equipment and anti-static equipment provided as required
  • 2nd shift, Monday-Thursday (10-hour shift)
