What You'll Do - Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and hiring manufacturing employees
- Coordinate onboarding and new hire orientation
- Process factory hourly payroll
- Support FMLA and leave administration
- Track employee training and compliance requirements
- Coordinate employee events, recognition programs, and company activities
- Maintain HR files, records, and reporting
- Assist employees and managers with HR-related questions
- Support special projects and initiatives as assigned
What We're Looking For - Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
- Previous HR, payroll, administrative, or office experience preferred
