The Service Technician (Boat Mechanic) is a skilled and experienced role within our organization, responsible for performing mechanical repair and maintenance on boats and marine equipment. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our watercraft.
Responsibilities:
  • Mechanical Repairs: Conduct mechanical repair work on various types of boats and marine equipment, including diagnosing and addressing issues with engines, propulsion systems, electrical components, and accessories.
  • Diagnostic Assessment: Utilize diagnostic tools and techniques to identify and troubleshoot mechanical problems accurately.
  • Parts Replacement: Replace and install boat components, including engines, transmissions, steering systems, and other critical mechanical parts.
  • Routine Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, lubrication, filter replacements, and system checks, to ensure the continued operation of watercraft.
  • Quality Control: Conduct quality checks to ensure all repairs meet or exceed industry standards and safety requirements for boats.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all repair work, including parts used, labor hours, and maintenance schedules.
