Job description

  • Stingray Point Boat Works is one of the largest yards on the Chesapeake Bay located in Deltaville, VA. The yard encompasses roughly 15 acres where we store 300 + boats in the winter and work on another 200 boats during the season.
  • We are is seeking a Lead Diesel Mechanic to mange and work with a team of junior mechanics both on the yard and at customers vessels in the area. A Minimum of 5 years of experience in all aspects of boat maintenance, diesel engines, installation and troubleshooting. All aspects of engine maintenance, alignment, installation, electrical systems, plumbing, etc. ABYC certified a bonus. Paid Holidays, Bonus opportunity and company match, Paid time off for Training & Overtime pay when applicable.
