We are one of the largest board game and TCG distributors in the United States. Our corporate office is based in Longwood, FL. We carry a full line of TCGs, miniatures, board games, card games, RPGs, dice, and gaming supplies from the industry's top manufacturers.

We are currently looking for a dedicated Data Entry Assistant to join our team!

Come help us distribute fun across the United States!

Hours of business: Monday – Thursday 9:00 am – 6:00 pm; Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (40 hours per week).

This position could require extended hours and occasional weekends as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $17.00 - $18.00

  • The Data Entry Assistant will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering, updating, and maintaining data in computer systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. This role involves handling a variety of data entry tasks, including preparing and sorting data prior to entry, typing fast and accurately, and providing reports and data to executives and employees on request.

    Essential Functions for Data Entry Assistant Including but not limited to:

  • Accurately and efficiently enter data into PHD’s database, spreadsheets, and other relevant systems
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of data entered, ensuring consistency and accuracy
  • Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive data, adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Identify and resolve data entry error and inconsistencies, ensuring data integrity
  • A strong understanding and practical skills in using core applications like Photoshop and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Education:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent; required
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience with data input and general office experience; required
  • An understanding of gaming products, gaming stores, or another tier of the gaming industry experience is a plus
  • Requirements:
  • Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy
  • Proficiency in data entry software and computer applications
  • Strong typing skills and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
