What You’ll Do

  • Assist in scheduling customer appointments efficiently
  • Greet customers warmly and guide them through the check-in procedure
  • Actively listen to customers and thoroughly document their concerns
  • Create accurate and detailed repair orders based on vehicle diagnostics and customer feedback
  • Effectively communicate and sell the necessary repairs to customers
  • Provide customers with timely updates on the status of their vehicle repairs
  • Deliver vehicles back to customers with an interactive and informative walk through
  • Perform cashier responsibilities as needed to facilitate smooth transactions

What We’re Looking for

  • Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor is highly recommended.
  • Applicants must demonstrate exceptional customer service skills over the phone, along with strong organizational abilities.
  • An outgoing personality with a talent for building and maintaining relationships is essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, including proficiency in presentations and the use of MS Office applications.
  • Must have the ability to operate a vehicle and possess a valid driver’s license.

You will report directly to the BMW Service Manager, James Latham, collaborating closely to ensure excellent customer service and efficient service operations.
