Job Description
Job Title: Registered Nurse
Profession: RN
Specialty: Cardiac Electrophysiology Lab
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Days
Hours per Shift: 12 hours
Experience: Recent experience in electrophysiology with devices, EP studies, ablations, PVI, etc.
License: Active nursing license
Certifications: BLS, ACLS
Must-Have: Ability to pass onsite telemetry exam with a score of 85% or better
Description:
Provide nursing care for patients requiring electrophysiology procedures.
This includes ablations, EP studies, cardioversions, cardiac device implants, and explants.
Administer cryoablation and other electrophysiology procedures as needed.
Work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality patient care.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills during procedures.
Utilize advanced technology and equipment specific to electrophysiology.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge.
Adhere to all safety protocols and standards of care.
